1. Provider

AI Pricing Watch is operated by Dominique Godon, Mailher, 19700 Lagraulière, France. The service is offered online under the AI Pricing Watch name.

2. Service

AI Pricing Watch provides a free instant snapshot and a free recurring report that reviews a fuller declared AI stack. The snapshot provides a question and verification action; any exposure shown remains an amount to verify rather than a guaranteed saving. Recommendations may include keeping, modifying, downgrading, cancelling, creating, capping or renegotiating subscriptions or usage paths.

The service is a practical AI spend information and analysis service. It is not intended for personal-only subscriptions. It does not guarantee that savings will be achieved, that third-party pricing will remain unchanged, or that a recommended provider will be suitable for every use case.

3. Your information and responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your AI tools, current plans, approximate spend, renewal dates, required capabilities and usage constraints.

You must not send passwords, API keys, secret tokens, third-party private data, payment-card data, banking credentials, identity documents or any other sensitive secret through the intake form, email or report workflow.

4. Free access and voluntary support

The AI Pricing Watch snapshot, private declaration workflow and recurring reports are provided free of charge. Access is never conditional on making a payment.

If the service is useful, users may choose to buy us a coffee through a separate support link. This support is voluntary, does not buy priority or additional rights, and does not change report treatment. Any payment provider displays the amount and terms before confirmation.

5. Ending access and support-payment questions

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data. There is no service subscription to cancel.

Questions about an accidental, duplicate or unauthorized voluntary support payment may be sent to the contact address below and will be handled consistently with applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.

6. Nature of recommendations

Recommendations are based on public pricing pages, public documentation, your declared stack information and reasonable analysis at the time of the report. Third-party AI products, pricing, quotas, model quality and terms can change without notice.

You remain responsible for testing any recommended change before applying it to production workflows, business-critical automations or public-facing systems.

7. No legal, tax or financial advice

AI Pricing Watch does not provide legal, tax, accounting, procurement, investment or financial advice. The reports are operational cost-analysis documents intended to support your decision-making.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to process unlawful data, violate third-party terms, obtain unauthorized access to services, bypass payment systems, expose secrets, or request analysis that would enable fraud, abuse, spam or deceptive activity.

9. Third-party services

The service refers to third-party AI tools, SaaS platforms, APIs and payment providers. AI Pricing Watch is independent from those providers unless explicitly stated. Third-party names, prices and plan details remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners.

10. Intellectual property

AI Pricing Watch retains ownership of its templates, report structure, methods, copy, visual identity and internal workflows. You may use reports delivered to you for internal decision-making and operational cost management.

11. Confidentiality and data handling

Your AI stack declaration is treated as confidential business information. AI Pricing Watch will use your provided stack information only to prepare reports, operate your private access, maintain declaration history, handle support and operate the free-service workflow.

The service is designed to work from plan names, approximate spend, non-secret usage information and public pricing sources. You should avoid sharing unnecessary confidential information and must not send secrets. The detailed operational commitments are described on the Privacy & Security page.

12. Availability and changes

The service is launched as a simple, fast-moving product and may evolve through short create/test/learn/correct cycles. Features, report format, delivery method and coverage may change as the product improves.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, AI Pricing Watch is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, degradation of AI output quality, third-party service changes, or decisions you make based on the report.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence or business registration.

15. Updates to these Terms

AI Pricing Watch may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page. Material changes may be communicated to active users when appropriate.

If you have questions about these Terms or the voluntary support model, contact hello@aipricingwatch.com.
